Originally published in 2012, Yedo has earned its rightful place in the hearts and on the tables of strategy and thematic gamers around the world. With already a great game on our hands, we updated the components and added a lot of new content, including a solo and cooperative game.

Yedo is a thematic worker placement game, where competing clans try to become the most influential families in the 16th century capital of Japan. The core of the game is based on sets of varied missions which all clans will try to succeed at to earn money and influence. Once a set number of rounds is over, the game ends and the Clan with the most Prestige wins!

Yedo Deluxe Master Set comes with three expansions. When you want to add any of this new content to your game, you can add one, two or all three modules:

This Module grants your Disciples unique powers. Like the Ninja, who is never arrested by the Watch Patrol (he is a ninja – duh!) or the Samurai who – when committed to a Mission – will grant you more Prestige, all new Disciples you acquire during the game will come with their own special ability.

This Module grants you a third option when you perform an action with a Disciple. Instead of activating a District or a Mission card, you may select a face-up Character card from the Teahouse, to join you and grant you their special ability for your next turn. The Teahouse guests change every turn, thus creating a tableau of transient special abilities to strategically use in your game.

This module offers you unique abilities each clan can use during your struggle for supremacy in Yedo. A set of 6 cards offering new and exciting strategic options great for veterans of Yedo as well as new players looking to make each game even more interesting and dynamic.
