Tokaido Duo

Tokaido Duo is a dedicated 2-player spin-off of the original Tokaido, focused on a calmer but more tactical head-to-head experience. Instead of moving one traveler along a road, each player controls three different characters:
the Pilgrim,
the Merchant,
and the Artist,
all scoring in different ways. A dice-drafting system determines which characters move each turn, creating subtle interaction and timing decisions.
