“The Golden Ticket” Event
Welcome to Kohii Board Game Cafe’s “The Golden Ticket” event. By participating in this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Golden Ticket Purchase
Customers can add a Golden Ticket to their cart and purchase it for RM12 each.
The number of purchasable Golden Tickets is limited to 100.
There is no limit on how many tickets can be purchased in each order.

For every order over RM500, customers are entitled to receive one free complimentary Golden Ticket. The free ticket will be provided manually during order pickup or shipment.

2. Availability
Golden Tickets will be available for purchase on 1st of June 2024 until 20th June 2024 or until all purchasable 100 tickets are sold, whichever comes first.

3. Lucky Draw Event
A live event will be held on 30th June 2024, where the lucky draw will take place.
The event will be streamed live on both our Facebook and Instagram pages.
The winning ticket number will be drawn during the live event.

4. Prize
The lucky owner of the drawn Golden Ticket number will win the prize as mentioned during the event announcement.

5. Non-Winning Tickets
Golden Tickets that do not win the prize will be eligible for a money-back guarantee.
Each non-winning ticket will convert to RM10 in store credit, which can be used for future board game purchases on our webstore.
The store credit will be applied to the customer’s account after the event.

6. General Terms
Golden Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Store credit from non-winning tickets has no expiry date and can only be used on Kohii Board Game Cafe’s webstore.
Kohii Board Game Cafe reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Kohii Board Game Cafe shall be final and binding.
By purchasing Golden Tickets and participating in this event, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
