As masters of hit-and-run tactics, House Stark’s Outriders can strike at enemy flanks and escape with ease. With their exceptional speed and training, they’re nigh impossible to pin down. Their greatest weakness lies in being trapped by encumbering terrain, or exposed to ranged fire from protected archery lines. That said, unprotected archers are the Outriders’ natural prey. An Outrider unit can close from beyond effective range to shatter an archery unit in seconds. While their striking power may not match that of heavily armored knights with lances and full armor, Outriders never need strike head-on.
