Set a Watch is played over a series of 9 rounds. Each round you reveal and visit a new location and solve that round’s combat puzzle:
After rolling dice, your party will decide who will rest in camp. That player will recover one of their ability cards, and place their dice on camp actions to assist the party members on watch and keep the campfire burning:
The remaining 3 adventurers will face the location’s creature line. Creatures are revealed based on the campfire level. Players can use dice of any value to activate their abilities:
or they can combine and use their dice values as a direct attacks to destroy creatures in range:
Any monsters that cannot be defeated will deal damage to the party and accumulate in the Horde to be faced in the final round. When all monsters are defeated or the adventurers’ actions are expended, your party moves to the next location.
