A new way of playing
How many times, during an RPG encounter, have you forgotten an opponent’s status, or a character condition, or whether a spell is still in play or not?
This is because keeping track of hit points, spells, and conditions it is done on supports outside the game board and often makes you forget its effects, altering the course of the adventure and losing time.
Wouldn’t it be great to have all this information in view directly on the model, like in a video game?
This is what you get with “Interactive Miniatures”!
We have equipped the models with a removable technical base that allows the use of a whole series of tags. Now you can track status, spells, hit points, initiative and others, allowing all players to understand, at a single glance, the game situation quickly and easily.
100% compatible
And if you already have miniatures with a standard 1-inch base* (2.54cm), the interactive bases are compatible with those too!
* We tested the basis with all the major lines of miniatures: Wizkids, Frostgrave, Zealot, Blacklist (just to name a few): bases fit all perfectly!
The tags present in the greatest number are “numbers”. They are in blue and red colors. You can use them in many ways: hit points, initiative, ability buffs or debuffs, number of turns, etc.
What’s better than casting a spell, like “Arcane Shield” and see it directly linked to your miniature? But that is not all! Spell models also stand up on their own, so you can summon them to spaces away from the character as well.
This is one of the best parts: you can also show the conditions of your character and opponents! whether they are poisoned, deafened, charmed, or regenerating, no problem: you will have them all!
Yea! they can have a dual function: to signal the use of a particular fighting style for that game turn, or, if associated with similar models, to identify which of them has a melee weapon from who has a long-range one.
and many new ones are on the way!
The interactive system is not the only innovation of this project. Together with it, we offer a line of miniatures printed in high-quality plastic!
Their design is made in collaboration with the Italian artists Claudio Casini and Simone Rasetti.
Too many miniatures to paint? no problem!
Game Start has obtained the license to use the Sundrop technique on the miniatures of this line (the same used for the Awaken Realms miniatures), thus giving everyone the possibility to have pre-shaded models with a technique that highlights the details.
Sundrop consists of coloring the models with strong contrasts of light and dark, giving the models a unique “old style” effect.
