Hili – The Even-Handed is a promo (Pack B) for Blood Rage produced specifically for the 2016 Kickstarter campaign for The Dice Tower (season 12).
To add Hihi, the Norse god, to your game, you’ll need the Gods of Asgard expansion. However, you can still use Hili on his own by downloading the Gods of Asgard rules at the CMON website and adapting them to use only a single god throughout the game.
*NOTE* This is not a complete game, Blood Rage is needed to play.
